Dr. Lee can be contacted by telephone or e-mail. She will personally respond to all voicemail and e-mails within 24 hours. You may leave a detailed message as your messages will only be accessed by her. You can also contact Dr. Lee by filling out the contact form below.

Dr. Lee is unavailable outside of office hours. If you are in urgent need of care, please contact the Community Crisis Centre. It provides intervention services 24 hours a day to individuals 16 years of age or older who are experiencing a mental health or psychosocial crisis. For immediate support call (519) 973-4435 or go to the emergency department of Hotel Dieu Hospital (1030 Ouellette Ave., Windsor).
